I guess that's the Universal signing-on fee coming through.

They also say that QPL has three shareholders.  What happenened to Freddie's shares?

Freddies shares will probably goto the people who benefit from his estate, Mary and his mum and sister

While £44m is a lot by most people's standards, it doesn't sound a massive amount considering the size of their back catalogue.

A few more details would be good - e.g. how many albums did QPL sell in the last 12 months.
