"Almost Queen" (a tribute band in the USA)  played the Purple Moose Saloon in Ocean City, Maryland last night just steps from the beach.

I Want to Break Free
Play the Game
One Vision
Dragon Attack
Killer Queen
GOFLB
I'm in Love with my Car (sung by drummer)
Another One Bites the Dust
You're My Best Friend

Brighton Rock (with taped carnival effects)
It's Late
39

>> Intermission<<

We Will Rock You (fast)
Hammer to Fall
Don't Stop Me Now
Save Me
Now I'm Here
Tenement Funster (drummer sings)
FBG
Spread Your Wings
Keep Yourself Alive
Under Pressure (kick'in bass!)
Somebody to Love
BoRap  (with live Gong!!)
We Will Rock You
We are the Champions
God Save the Queen (taped)

Lead singer, Joseph Russo, wore a Flash t-shirt, and "Brian's" curly dark wig was a "touch of BRI."
All four sang, which was great!   The stage rocked from 10:30p till about 1:30a and had lighting effects.

At the intermission the band mentioned to ask for your favorites and we were not shy in requesting DOTL
and The Show Must Go On.   Did it happen?  No!  But that's ok.  The set list is SET and hey
they played alot more than I expected in the first place.  Perhaps I should have said it was my
birthday (it wasn't) as others did!   Maybe that would have worked (lol)??!!

If you're thinking about seeing this tribute band - check them out!

Saw them last year outside of Baltimore with notU2 and a different setlist.

Both bands were damn good.  Fun night.  And yes, it is great to do the 'GaGa' and FIT IN !!!!

Glad you had a great evening.
