After reading this info on the wiki link below :

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Day_at_the_Races_(album)

The song "The Millionaire Waltz"  was written for John Reid (Queen and Elton John's manager at the time).

Granted there is a citation required but this is the 2nd song I have heard that Freddie had wrote for some one.

Apparantly Killer Queen was written for........... now, forgive me... I actually forget which Queen Doco I have seen this on, but it was for a guy with long black curly hair. .. No.. not Brian, some other guy, I realy dont remember but it was a legit doco.

Eitehr Freddie's lover or somethign more Queen orintated.

But... are all these statements false or ture????

Its one of the reason why sometimes, it's better to know anything about the song as it break down thr myth behind it.

Case in point: John Reid was on Australian Idol on the pannel many a year ago. In an age where shows like this just promot pop fluff and... well crap, having John Reid on there to milk out some more money, hearing a song was written about just makes me feel ill..

Fred said so on a Capital Radio interview in November 1976.

John hated HS. Fred's fave singer was not PR. Roger didn't compose 'Innuendo.' Witness testimonies are often inaccurate. Scotland's not in England. 'Bo Rhap' hasn't got 180 voices.

Actually, it hasn't been officially confirmed that DOTL is about NS. It could've been about him, or about Jack Nelson, or about Barry Sheffield, or about any of the other several people they'd previously been in business with.
