It would have me excited if they had given us the 24 track masters.

Paulosham, maybe you have to be satisfied sometime [/img]

Don't stop me now don't have to be in 24 track master,
I don't think there's any sound improvement, maybe some more remix possibilities for the vocal parts.
I have made an acoustic version of don't stop me now, great to hear this.

Maybe we should encourage Queen, in a positive way to share more of these tracks;
for example : Innuendo and March of the black Queen.
What can we do to make this possible?

It's better to be satisfied what they are releasing at the moment (the new demo cd, sound interesting)
More realistic will be releasing a capella and instrumental versions.
Will also be interesting for commercial purpuse

For example:

(instrumentals + a capellas) ! (NON GREATEST HITS)

 1. March of the black queen (a capella) w/ piano
 2. My fairy king (instrumental)
 3. All God's people (a capella)
 4. Millionaire waltz (instrumental)
 5. The prophet's song (a capella) (w/ acoustic guitar)
 6. Flick of the wrist (instrumental)
 7. The fairy feller's master-stroke (a capella)
 8. You and I (instrumental)
 9. Teo toriatte (a capella) (w/piano)
 10. Keep passing the open windows (instrumental)

(instrumentals + a capellas) ! (GREATEST HITS)

 1. Bicycle race (a capella)
 2. Love of my life (instrumental)
 3. It's a hard life (a capella)
 4. Las palabras de amor (instrumental)
 5. Princes of the universe (a capella)
 6. Innuendo (instrumental)
 7. Scandal (a capella)
 8. The show must go on (a capella)
 9. Good old fashioned-loverboy (instrumental)
 10. Innuendo (a capella)

Hey don't get me wrong, it's great to get.  I just prefer the rawness of the real thing, the multitracks that have been leaked give you so much more scope when it comes to remixing.  Plus you get those little extra bits of dialogue at the beginning and end (and in the middle of Get Down Make Love).  Smiley smiley wink wink

Not complaining at all, but the full multitracks would have included the extra guitar track that they left off (correctly, in my opinion) back in 1978. That would have been nice to have, too.

My thought on why we got the tracks as they appear on the standard version, rather than raw, was because they probably figured a lot of people competing would only want to cut and paste, rather than get into adjusting levels throughout each of the 9 tracks. If you have experience mixing, doing that is par for the course, but less-experienced fans might be overwhelmed with too much information. Maybe. I could be wrong.

Still, happy to have these and I plan to try my hand at a full remix for the competition.
