With Freddie footage in the 3rd pic, looks like they are using the same staging for BoRap as the Q+PR tour?

Great find - thanks!

Also notice Roger's timpani drums ala the late 70s/early 80s era - very interesting indeed!!

They're using Budapest footage of freddie! So that's the confirmation the blu-ray is genuine.

lighting rig almost similar to (The Game Tour) Bic razor light rig. Nice to see the Timpani.
Love to see old school stuff being reincorporated into the show. Freddie footage wembley?

The lighting rig is actually like a smaller version of the pizza oven. However instead of moving as one piece it is built in sections which can be individually raised and lowered. The old 70's and 80's rigs used par can lamps, for the most part. This rig utilizes modern intelligent lighting units so that the colour of the whole rig or individual units can change colour.

This rig is in truth nothing like the Fly Squater ( G2 ) rig, which was physically a much larger rig with more components and required a larger back stage area than the Apollo has..

I would say that this rig looks more Queen like than the two Q+PR rigs.
Also for the Moscow Arena show they will be using the long thrust and the smaller B stage.

Guys, i can be wrong, but the Freddie video isn't from Budapest, i guess it's (again) from Wembley.

Check it:

At 0:52 in the video.

I have created an image to compare:

Yeah it does seem to be Wembley. Can't understand why they've gone back to using that horrible grainy footage?

Yeah.

Too bad that he is not in the shape to play them I guess.

Lets just hope it's not the timpani to accompany Chinese Torture. Hearing that four seperate time at the Q+PR shows in the US was enough.
Also, in regard to Bo Rhap. Would anyone really miss it? It's has become kind of stale watching the recording from Wembley with Freddie singing IMO. Personally, I'd prefer it to be preformed as an instrumental ala Jimmy Page's Outrider tour when he closed with Stairway. It would sound fresh & provide Brian with a chance to play some really interesting guitar in lieu of a lead vocal.
Just my own personal thoughts from Wilmington, DE.

Queen have always been about the songs, so Bo Rhap will always be performed as such.
Jimmy Page on a solo tour, having written Stairway had the freedom to play that song as he wished. When Led Zep played the o2 they played it as usual.
Bo Rhap was written by Freddie and is one of Queens best known songs. As such I can't see BM and RT playing a Queen show and not playing it. Maybe out side the confines of the name of the band BM would feel more able to play an instrumental version of Bo Rhap, but I some how doubt he ever would.

I agree with Vocal harmony. However you can never tell what queen will come up with next. They went from Paul Rogers to Adam Lambert. Very big jump from the pair if you ask me. But they have both been talented and well educated to music, even if Adam is in to that 'let's follow this niche' stage, feels a little like he hasn't got his own mind for music, he jumps on everyone else's music or has to follow the sheep...

Just my honest opinion anyways.
