Just check the queenonline.com posts. Everybody who posts there seems to be an Adam Lambert megafan. There are a few people who dared to claim he's not good as a singer for Queen, and they all have been labelled as homophobes and "haters".

It seems that we who don't like this collaboration are a minority.

But anyway, this is the "Sharing the music - announce" forum, not the "General discussion" forum

What do you mean you are an ardent Queen fan, does this make you more knowledgable than everyone else and can decide who they can sing with, do you own the band?

The fans at the Hammersmith shows sung so loud that that I could barely hear Adam Lambert sing. Problem solved

Well, lemme know where you can get that steak cause Freddie's dead. Queen has some of the best music and never getting to see them live with Freddie and John I'm GLAD they brought back the band with Adam Lambert. He's a hell of a singer in my opinion, missing Freddie's range by 1/2 an octave on the top end. Freddie himself could not sing his full four octave vocal range live because of his throat problems, he often dropped down to sing the middle part or harmonize. Adam is campy like Freddie, has incredible range and power like Freddie. Only Freddie can sing like himself, but Queen is damn good with Adam Lambert and he puts on a fun show without trying to be anything but himself. Queen + AL just rocked 35 sold out shows in N.A. Asia, NZ & AU and those fans would completely disagree with you.
