I think so.

Perhaps in his top ten. It's a pretty incredible moment on the album.

Do you think? Does nothing for me at all, certainly wouldn't get near my top ten. Each to their own of course.

Again, I said most original, not his best one. By original I mean different.

But I like it lots, and I also think it's one of his best.

The solo is the only reason I don't skip that song actually.

Interesting. That solo has always being one of my favorites from Brian. I always loved it. I don`t know why, but there is some kind of rhythm in the solo that leverage the song beautifully.

The Invisible Man seems to be his most original sounding. Maybe You Don't Fool Me is #2 in that category. He seemed to be doing a lot of really cool experimenting in Queen's last few albums; songs like Gimme the Prize and Don't Try So Hard have some really interesting sounds from Brian.

I don't understand why people don't like YDFM so much, though. I like the whole song, not just the solo. It's a great tune.

Just listened to it again. I must admit the style of song puts me off, but Brian's solo in it is extremely good. It IS original, but I agree with Waunakanor that one in The Invisible Man probably is a lot more original. That's not my favourite Queen song either, but we really have been spoilt for choice when it comes to Brian's solos.

I do believe it's one of his finest solos, and obviously it's one of my favourites. It's full of emotion and virtuosity!!!

Please will you direct me in the right way?

I take back the solo being the only thing I like about it, I enjoy the song in general. It did bother me a bit that they used a duplicate of Freddie's voice with a 'chipmunk' effect on it for a backing vocal, when they could've just got Roger to sing that part.

Wait, are you talking about the part starting at about 3:52? Are you sure that's not Roger?
