Yesterday I saw old Top Of The Pop fragments on the Dutch television. The Beegees, Prince and a lot of other famous artists did there performance. My question is, did Queen ever performed a song in that tv program??

I got to try al little more,

because I'm an asshole but I'm learning.

They did mime once on Avro's Top Pops program in Holland. "Killer Queen", which apparently exists only on bootleg footage and several rare VHS compilations, did not appear on GVH1.

However, thanks to Rien as always, we got a good quality video a while ago. Muchos gracias, Rien (even though you don't speak Espanol)

Oh! And you guys forgot the WWRY 2000 performance with 5ive on UK TOTP (well, a performance on Queen's part anyways - boy bands never sing live), which I hope personally will be included on GVH3

There's also "Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy" which they re-recorded and mimed on July 14, 1977. This special version is on disc two of GVH1. Nice version. I wonder if a stereo mix exists.

I've just uploaded that Killer Queen clip from (as far as I know) the Dutch TopPop again. Some months ago I wrote to the webmaster of Queenonline (Galileo) about this and he told me Queen knew about this video and they were working on it to get hold of it for future use (in the Boxes of course!).
I recorded this video myself from Dutch TopPop television years ago.

It's EX quality Rien.

Btw. could you do me the favour of e-mailing me a list of your rare Queen songs and videos, and if original non-MP3 or non-MPEG sources are available for these, as I am interested in paying you to make a DVD+/-R of videos for me, depending what you have that I don't have.

Thanks for sharing so much cool stuff Rien!

I love this clip. It's fun to watch how obviously bored Roger was with this type of event :)

The "Top Pop" performance of Killer Queen from dutch TV is also available on a brazilian DVD called "Supergroups", which is a rerelease of the "Rock Idols" VHS.

It is as official as the brazilian Flix I, Flix II, WATC Final Live In Japan, etc ;-)
Try "Supergroups DVD" on eBay and you'll find it.
