I have to ask you a question... I heard that the original 'Cavern Club' was either demolished (or was it remodeled?) to establish another kind of business, but an exact replica was built after The Beatles reached stardom fame and a legendary status. Is this true? Also was 'The Cavern Club' re-built again in the same place from the original 'Cavern'? One last question... is this 'Cavern' in the same place as 'The Beatles' museum? P.S. Excellent pic.

One last question... is this 'Cavern' in the same place as 'The Beatles' museum? No - The Cavern is on Mathew Street. http://www.anglers-all.co.uk/images/cav.jpg http://www.anglers-all.co.uk/images/cav-lennon.jpg The Beatles Museum (The Beatles Story) is on the Albert Dock http://www.anglers-all.co.uk/images/beatles-story.jpg The original Cavern was knocked down and rebuilt on a nearby plot, The Grapes pub (also on Mathew Street) still exists and they have kept the table and seats (along with some the wallpaper) where the Band were photographed dringing prior to a Cavern appearance. More info about the history, what goes on and tours available and places to visit can be found at: http://www.cavern-liverpool.co.uk/

Wow, I can't believe they have a brick with Queen on it. Since they were just an unknown band back then, and meant nothing. Or did they make those bricks much later?
