Jim Hutton is still alive.
Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy?

wow, that's interesting, does anyone know for sure if he's still alive? It would be interesting to see his picture of nowadays. By the way, why you say that he's hot Hiv for only 13 years? why do you count from Fred's death? Maybe Jim Huton got HIV earlier? And probably now he's having Aids if he's still alive.

"Does anyone know for sure" Well, the first answer seemed fairly confident. Why not try believing them?

Maybe it helps when more people confirm? Yes, Jim IS still alive and he lives in Ireland. He works as a barber again (unless he quit recently), and yes he does have HIV, so he sais himself. Last time I saw was about two years ago in a tv-interview. I must say, he looked quite alright. He has become a bit older of course, but you couldn't realy tell he is sick.

The only problem is that he drinks too much alcohol, otherwise he's relatively healthy I think. But then - who am I to judge others...

just because FReddie means more for us, you can't say Hutton's life has less worth.

Oh dear. Jim Hutton's musical legacy is gargantuan - his last five years work has been groundbreaking and you want to kill him off to bring some singer of disposable pop songs back instead? There are some strange people on this planet
