Aw I'm very sorry to hear that Jeffrey :(
I also have 2 cats, (one is 14 and the other is almost 9)and I really feel bad when something's wrong with them. However if I were in your situation, I'd not think about cloning or stuffing. Both 'options' seem horrible to me.
And it may sound a bit harsh, I don't mean to, but I really think you should decide that it's been enough for your cat. You can, your cat can't. And from what I read, I think the cat is suffering a lot. I hope you understand what I mean, I don't mean to sound rude or harsh. But if there is no possibility for your cat to get better, and it's this ill...you said "she just won't die" ..well you know, that is just awful.
My first cat was 6 years old when the vet discovered she had a braintumor. It was incurable. That was a terrible situation, but after a few days of thinking about it, I decided to stop it all. It was not easy, but knowing she was in pain and her life was miserable was even more difficult.
Please, think of this: remember the good times and all the joy your cat gave you, and put an end to the misery?
