I thank the Lord I'm not at school these days what with peer pressure over mobile phones and getting the latest model.

It was bad enough in the old days wearing Gola trainers.

I wouldn't mind but in the Eighties people laughed at you if you wore a parka. They're not laughing now though are they?

If it's good enough for Sir Archie, it's good enough for Becks or Eamonn (ffs).

Hmm well do North Face jackets count as parkas? Because theeen if not... I wouldn't have the faintest idea as to what a parka is.

God I'm stupid sometimes.

*smashes bottle of expensive vodka on conveniently placed table*

Why exactly is it called a cell phone? Short for cellular?

nobody cares but...in Italy buying a cellphone is easier:you simply pay it and then you JUST pay when you call someone. there isn't a monthly amount of money to pay :)

anyway...mine is grey ;)

Man, if I had to pay $50 a month I'd be wasting so much money. I prepay, last time I topped up I put on $40 and it lasted me 6 months!
I think it's because I only use it to text rather than to call people.

(I was pleased to see someone else feels sorry for the old phone when they got a new one, I felt exactly the same and still can't bring myself to get rid of the old one!)

I lost my last mobile phone on a rollercoaster, when it went upside down... how cool is that?!
Well, it was a total waste of £150, but, still, a good story to tell.
Plus I have a better one now.
