Should I buy GVH I and II now? Or should I wait till there is some platinum edition (like for Greatest Hits), for there to be I, II, and III?

GVH3 is not going to be released, at least this year (and maybe the following). So if you don't want to wait a year and so or for ever more... then buy those DVDs, they're worth it.

An interview? Oh, don't be ridiculous...

I would just watch the videos (VHS), at least they aren't cropped..:-S

If you don't have the Wembley DVD...that is the one to buy.

buy the DVds - despite their failings (picture quality varies during GVH 1) they are both still very good.

The Gem in GVH 1 is Brian's deconstruction of Bo Rap - which is superb.

Ooh, if you have a region-free DVD player I *highly* recommend the Queen Jewels Japanese import DVD. The sound is out of this world and the videos have been cleaned up and are so clear, you'd swear you were watching them for the first time again!
The 2004 IWBTLY video is something you MUST have! It's only available on this DVD, here's a link to view it:

I'm going to watch it again tonight, in fact! :-))

I'm not sure about that "you'd swear you were watching them for the first time again." It's not like I'm going to be taken back to my youth in the 70s... I wasn't even around for the 80s.

Well, the videos themselves, actually! If you've seen a garden-variety Queen video on, say, cable or satellite, it doesn't do justice to the video or the artist. Watching it on a tape isn't enough either. A quality DVD (import, preferably) is the way to go for total visual/aural experience.
You can tell I'm extremely picky on Queen video formats!! (LOL)

The only videos I've been able to watch were Bohemian Rhapsody (the Wayne's World version) and Another One Bites the Dust on Yahoo Launch. And the quality is terrible. I'm not gonna be able to buy the DVDs till my bday in a few months. A few of my friends usually give me $20 gift cards to Best Buy, which I always appreciate.
