Why the hell the song Sheer Heart Attack is not on Sheer Heart Attack album???

I heard it was a 'punk' song Roger tried to write, but there were punks in 1974?

Why there's 2 albums in the middle?

Why, why, why???

They were working on it around the time of the album Sheer Heart Attack but felt it was rather rough around the edges. BEing the perfections that they were, they worked on it another 3 years before it made it onto 1977's News of the World. They wanted to get exactly the type of near-punk sound that Roger was after when he wrote the song.

Well, yes, i think there was punk trying to be born back then. Like the Ramones. I think the Ramones are more rock than punk but.....

Freddie Mercury(Also Larry Lurex)may you rock in peace!!!

Nothing unusual for Queen that the song they were working for was actually finished and released few years later... Usually it was Brian who was writing some certain songs for years, but in this case- it was Roger...
