LOL..the onion always comes up with funny stories...but here's something about Kerry that happened for real...He tells the Arab league that the wall Israel built was bad, unjustifid, etc..Then hear this!He tells this group of Jewish people that the wall is good and should stay up! I was like wtf? He's going to tell the world something different from what he's telling us....I think this "anyone but Bush" stuff should just stop because people are going to dig a hole for themselves that they won't be able to get out of with ideology like that. Anyway, that's what I think my little peeps.

These are the American Military forces that were eliminated during the administration of Bill Clinton and Al Gore.

AND

John Kerry voted to kill every military appropriation for the development and deployment of every weapons systems since 1988 to include the battle armor for our troops..

John Kerry also voted to kill all anti terrorism activites of every agency of the U.S. Government and to cut the funding of the CIA by 80% and to cut the funding for the FBI by 60% and the funding for the NSA by 80%.

Even with those alleged cuts, the US has a bigger military than the next 15 countries combined. When the Cold War ended, almost everyone agreed that large cuts were needed. However, given that America needs a huge military to keep its Empire in line, you're probably not saying anything different to the elites in the military-industrial complex. What gets me is that little people like you don't actually get any of the pie, so I can't understand why you would support such a fascist outlook on life. Did you get dropped on your head a lot when you were a kid?

Kerry is two-faced...he can't have a straight opinion on everything...he can't stand for anything because he'll change his mind...I don't care what your position is on things but, don't change your position on an issue just to fool those people into believeing you and then tell other people a different stance...Kerry has to stick to issues and not appear as a two-faced hound dog! Like he did with the Arab league and a Jewish group.

I'm sure he's sort of a nice guy and all but, he has to stop changing his mind and telling different stories to people. I especially don't want him kissing France's ass because that's what I know he's talking about in the weakened relations we have with the international community ..... the last time I looked, we have 31 allied countries with us in Iraq and 17 out of the NATO nations.

Kerry has to start telling people his true views and stop talking about "regime change". The changes Kerry wants has to go through Congress first which many people don't realize. Even if Kerry is president, everything else is republican...I just wished Kerry would take this terrorism thing a little more serious, just a tad. Anyway, that's my opinion, my enlightened peeps.

If Kerry becomes president, that would generally signal a shift in party power and I would wager that Congress would become more Democratic anyway.

Somehow, I don't think so...

I was extremly dissapointed with a lot of Bush's action and thought I would probably vote for whomever ran against him. Then the Dems picked Kerry. And to top it off, the trial lawyer. Guess I was wrong.

Wrong-o, sport. I, indeed, stand correct, which means, of course, that you stand INcorrect.

Why were you asking for a country before when there was none? The closest answer would have been the USA, and you dismissed that as wrong. That was very misleading and I want my money back.

Senator John Edwards and the Kerry campaign continue to use Sen. John Kerry’s Vietnam service as the gold standard for trusting Kerry to be Commander in Chief. This is because in time of war no other question is more important in the election for President in 2004.

Edwards offers in a much-repeated ad in battleground states with the statement, "there is no one better prepared than Senator John Kerry to keep America safe."

He further goes on to say that if we have any questions we just need to spend "three minutes" with those veterans that Kerry served with in Vietnam. Now, in defense of the lawyer, Edwards offers a lawyer-like covenant that implies that we should only talk with those veterans who still stand by Kerry today -- instead of saying the swift boat veterans’ picture that Kerry used in his ‘band of brothers’ ad earlier in his campaign.

With the repeated fact that only two of the 19 individuals shown in that ‘band of brothers’ veterans picture by Kerry actually support his campaign for the presidency, why is Kerry continuing with this argument? After all, 11 of the 19 wrote a letter stating that Kerry is unfit to be Commander in Chief. Clearly, the question that boggles the mind of anyone who is paying attention is: Why does Kerry keep alluding to his Vietnam credentials?

Anyone who spends time visiting Vietnam veterans’ websites will soon find out that Sen. John Kerry is not only disliked but is emphatically despised by his brethren and for good reasons:

· There is the fact that Kerry lied in 1971 to Congress about war atrocities committed by his brethren.

· There is the fact that Kerry is recognized in the North Vietnamese War Museum as one of their heroes for helping them defeat the USA and win the war for the Communists.

· There is the fact that Kerry has voted against more than a dozen of the key weapons that are critical to our nation’s defense.

· There is the fact Kerry voted to go to war and then voted against the $87 billion to fund it. (Oh that’s right, he "first voted for it before he voted against it.")

Given the damning evidence of Kerry’s lousy past support of our nation’s defense and the anger and contempt that Vietnam veterans hold towards him, why is Kerry trying this gambit?

Because the media is not talking about any of the damning evidence and if Kerry – or his surrogate, Edwards -- keeps telling his story then people will believe him rather than the facts.

Oh man, reminds me of something I read lately... an article on the Fox website said that a recent poll revealed that most democrats are against gay marriage. Anyone who believes that has got to a complete moron, to say the absolute least.

That statement is just dripping with contradiction, being as Bush is the biggest terrorist of them all.
