sorry posted wrong

my original question was;
is there any plans for we will rock you to come to Canada namely toronto or even vancouver (canada's hollywood) i was wondering because Toronto just had an exodus of plays and musicals; (the lion king left after 2 years, and the last empress's days are numbered) maybe there are plans for it to come north of the border?

It's coming to Toronto with Mirvish Productions in spring or summer '05. There's also a Queen tribute banded booked at Massey Hall (ambitious?) on October 1.

You know, good times are now.

It's definitely coming to Toronto, it's already part of the subscription package. They haven't announced the theatre or the public ticket release date yet, but keep checking out mirvish.com, and they'll tell us soon enough.

Yes, that's right. It is opening in spring/summer 2005. I'm hoping it will be at the Princess Theatre.

Damn. If I weren't in school this year (which is my last year in school btw. - yay!), I would audition for the drummer's part in the Toronto musical!

Oh well, there's always 2006...

WWRY is supposed to tour throughout the USA eventually, so it's not impossible to see NY or Chicago (actually, I see NY as a more likely choice of city to play in)
