A sad day for football, Brian died peacefully in Derby City hospital from stomach cancer.

'Players lose you games, not tactics. There's so much crap talked about tactics by people who barely know how to win at dominoes'

So true.

Here's a few more classics from "Old Big Head" as he was nick named

http://www.hamletcroft.co.uk/BrianCloughQuotes.htm

Actually heres a nice quote I found from BIll Shankly - (to a photographer who suggested Brian Clough was outspoken) "Laddie, that man scored 200 goals in 270 matches - an incredible record - and he has won cup after cup as a manager. When he talks, pin back your ears."

It's a shame he didn't hang around the Albion a bit longer... Could have been us winning those League titles and European cups...

Well, it could!

Seeing as Brian had about 9 months at Brighton and Hove Albion, i think Taylor-mayed means them.
