Has anyone else heard about this? The famous lost Beach Boys album, Smile, is FINALLY being released this Tuesday (in the US). Any BB fans? Anyone else as PUMPED as I am??? WOOHOO! Brian's vision is finally being realized.

It's with his band the Wondermints, along with any tracks they completed in '67. Still, I'm excited!

Brilliant album. It's a completely new recording though - no 1966/1967 bits re-used. I especially like the 2nd Movement with Wonderful / Song For Children / Child is the Father of the Man and the brilliant Surf's Up.

Can't wait to get my hands on the real thing this week - I've had the mp3's for a couple of days and can't stop listening to it... Saw Brian perform it live in The Hague a couple of months ago, one of the best performances I've ever seen :)

You can't beat a bit of 'Beach Boys' and that's a fact.
