I am pretty sure it was Peter Noone (from my very bad video copy). Another guest musician was never mentioned in any concertography. But then Chris Thompson is almost never mentioned although he sang "Whole Lotta Shakin'"..

We are talking about the last four songs of the 1988 fan club concert. Roger and Josh both played drums to these four songs. Mike Moran played keyboards for the absent Spike Edney who was touring with Duran Duran (I believe). John Deacon played bass guitar. Brian May, Clayton Moss and Peter Noone (I believe) played guitar. Brian May and Chris Thompson (Whole Lotta Shakin...) sang.

You are right that earlier in the concert Roger played guitar like in other Cross concerts.
