I've only recorded Windows Media streams before.
Could anyone tell me what software is nifty for grabbing a Real Media stream?

I'd like to grab this on my hd before it goes offline.

And no, don't tell me to record it in WAV using my soundcard, it's already in questionable quality. I'm interested in only getting the original stream.

there's something called "streamdownload" that records it, although how you then convert to wav may be a bit tricky as real tend to block all conversion software

Thanks, but I already figured this out.

I used Flashget 1.65 which supports
RTS addresses. As easy as copying the rts stream source url and choosing a folder.
