Slane Castle isnt in Dublin its in Meath a different County in Ireland. They played the RDS arena twice in Dublin...i think crazy tour and Works Tour.

I remember reading somewhere that the show was pro filmed

Has anyone seen the Slane audience copy referred to in the above post ?

I have the audio bootleg of that show...some fool does indeed pull out a cable and Fred has to stop the gig as a mini riot breaks out in the crowd...he threatens to walk off stage if they dont stop fighting. Brian May said on Irish radio in 89 that it was one of the worst gigs they played.

Id prefer if they released the RDS gig that contains a cover of Danny Boy...that would be worth a listen : )

The video is great, because it has great atmosphere. My copy often switches from b/w to colour and back. Still, it's one of a kind, because some parts are shot from a few rows back in the audience. The taper moved around to get a glimpse of the show from several perspectives in the crowd. The fight is caught on tape in the distance, but you can't really see what's going on. You clearly see Freddie reacting, though. The video is about an hour long.
