I gave up on books when 'To Kill A Mockingbird' gave me no useful advice on how to kill a mockingbird.

The worst Christmas eve for me was a couple of years ago. My wife had seen some jewellery that she really liked in one of the shops. It was a bit on the expensive side, so I carefully persuaded her to have a look around elsewhere, just in case something else took her fancy. After about an hour, she became adamant that the jewellery she had seen in the first shop, was what she wanted.
When we got back to the shop, it was closed.

F*****g nightmare.

My husband bought me a baby beige chinchilla yesterday! I need to think of a name for him (And no, Robert...I'm not calling him Satan's Angel Killer. ;-) )

Hehe..I remember a few years ago my mum desperately wanted a mother's ring for Christmas (well, actually she wanted it for her birthday but I'm not going to get into that story)..so every time we went to the jewelers we would tell her that we were going to Marco's Pizza (the place was just simply called Marcos).
She loves the ring, though.

I finished mine a few3 days ago - including some special drumsticks I was waiting for, from the USA, for my nephew.

As for the chinchilla, Janet, how about Abbygail's Mutant Mufo?

Today I got the worst Christmas present I've ever received...

A lottery ticket.

Chances are that it could have actually been the best present ever... but those chances were 1 in a million.
