Can someone tell me something why for STL video did they feature clips from hyde park in it? was they gonna release it soon after as a taster or just to fill up the video with concert clips, i just wondered because i watched hyde park last night and recognised some clips and then thought of somebody to love.

I guess they were just very proud of that gig and hence put it in the video. Just a guess...

IF you think about it that video was the first video to feature queen in the studio not making the song but recording it in the studio.

Do you think they'll ever release Hyde Park?

not while there's a fucking musical to milk the sacred cow

if they were really bothered they could've released

Rainbow 74, Hammy 75, Hyde Park 76 and Earls Court 77 as a "70s Special double DVD set" maybe for fans only by mail order - they could even stick in hammy79 as a bonus disc - but they won't as the "hits catalogue" on these concerts is not wide enough to generate commercial sales of public interest - therefore - no big-bucks to be made - so no release

and to tell the truth - as a childhood fan growing up with them - through practically EVERY stage of my development from age 12 (1974) to date, i actually depise their lack of consideration of the fans in this manner - once in a while they could "give the fans something back, something they truly want - and have asked for for years" - but they won't

You can of course get it on bootleg. There is a professional recording of it.
