What is the highest note Freddie did hit NOT singing falsetto?

Can it be Teo Torriate in Sapporo 1982 ('Don't turn your heart')?

I just wonder how it is possible to "measure" the tone that is sung... Do you judge it by ear or do you have some tools for that? Just curious?
