Well my parents got me a 92 Chevy Cavalier. It's not the best car in the world but I am so excited! Hopefully I'll get to drive it soon, wish me luck!

P.S. It's a real pretty blue!

Thanks guys! Well I actually haven't taken the test yet, but I am studying for it hard. I can't take drivers ed at school because the classes are taken up until after I graduate! I agree Amanda, I would rather buy my own car, but seeing that I can't get a job until next summer, I can't. I'm shocked we actually got this car, we don't exactly have the most money in the world...I appreciate it so much, my parents are saints :-)

And don't get off the road because of me, just because I'm short and all! :-)

I will get pictures of the car, it looks pretty ghetto right now, I'll take them after I fix it up :-)

Wow, congratulations! That's really nice of your parents. I won't be getting my first car until I can afford it myself, which will probably end up being long after university. You'll love driving though. It's so fun, and there's SO much freedom. Good luck on the test!

Congrats Kayla!

My first car was a Nissan Pulsar. I got it for Christmas my Senior year of High School. It was red, had T-Tops, it was soooooo cool. I cried when I opened the keys and my parents took me outside to see it!!

Even though that was a cool car, my favorite was my 1992 Black Toyota Celica GT I got after my Pulsar. It was LOOOOADED!! I got a "few" speeding tickets in that honey!! LOOOOVED IT!!

My first car was a Chevy Camaro, and boy do I miss that car. Nothing says rock-n-roll like a Camaro or Firebird (Trans Am preferably) I imagine since they stopped making both models in 2002 Chevy and Pontiac are planning some kind of retro 40th anniversary reissue in a couple of years. That seems to be the trend lately. If they made the retro T-Birds and Mustangs they HAVE to do the Camaro's or Firebirds!
