Any stadium gig would be brilliant. How about the biggest rock group in the world playing the Millenium Stadium? Best stadium in the UK by miles...only Wembley will be better.
My suggestions on possible stadium:
Millenium Stadium
City Of Manchester Stadium
Wembley Stadium (2006)
Hampden Park

We all of us deeply apologise for this god forsaken shit heap of a building...but we will make it rock.

Brian May Wembley Pavilion 11.05.05.

It would be cool to see them here in the West Country but I don't think it will happen with the possible 2 Hyde park gigs on the cards!

As long as they change the Hyde Park dates so it doesn't clash with Glastonbury!

Milleium Stadium sounds brilliant, Wembley ever better. There are also some great stadiums in Europe:San Siro, Nou Camp, De Kuip, Westfellen...or what about coming back to Budapest, Nep stadium? :)

I don't get it... Why do you want to see them in a STADIUM??? Stadium gigs are never fun because there are too many people and the distance to the band (even in the front rows) is way too big to feel any 'contact' or interaction with the artist... Doesn't anybody prefer an intimate setting??

I assume you all dream of stadiums because you associate that with huge shows. And of course all those dvd's and video's of stadium-gigs all look very cool, but believe me: when you're actually there, perception of a show is a lot different as compared to tv! Of course everybody who wasn't there, whishes they had been there in Wembley in 1986. But also keep in mind that these gigs will not be as big a Queen-show!! What's the use of a huge stage when there is nobody on that stage that uses all the space?! Freddie was the only 'show' element of the band... Queens show element is nog going to be there! Brian is not one to run around anymore, Paul Rodgers has never been a visual spectacle, Roger and Spike won't move either because of their instruments... The liveliest person on this tour is Danny Miranda!! And he's the one least of us come to see... Queen/Paul Rodgers is a relatively static act! Simply not the right act to go see in a stadium.

Open for your opinions! ;-)

Of course stadium-gigs can`t beat that feeling what hall gigs offer. But there can be fantastic atmosphere in stadiums also.
Brian is changed as a performer. He was very shy in early days to Magic Tour `86. Now-a-days he really ROCKS! Just compare his appearing for excample between "Live At Wembley" and "46664". He has token the status as the leader of the band pretty well.
As Freddie once said: " the bigger the better...in everything".

Stadium gigs are fun if you are one of the lucky ones at the front... I was quite happy with the contact in the Stones concert a few years ago (picks from Ronnie and Mick spraying water from his bottle), and watching it on DVD doesn't come anywhere near. :/

Of course anybody would prefer a really intimate gig (my livingroom for example :P ), but that isn't an option...
There isn't that big a difference between the contact at the back of an arena or the back of a stadium, but at least it proves that you are 'somebody' if you can fill a stadium.

I saw Bon Jovi at Molineux Stadium here in Wolverhampton a couple of years ago and there was a good atmosphere, and the stage was HUGE...loads of screens and everything. Shame there wasn't much passion in the performance really though. I'd love to see Queen here, but I can't see it somehow :-(
