Phoenix Nights for me. Not a big fan of Little Britain, find it a little too repetitive.

Phoenix Nights by a country mile, the first and second series are comedy gold. Little Britain first series was ace. Second series awful and yes repetitive.

Check out That Peter Kay Thing as well very funny. Max and Paddy's Road To Nowhere was patchy.

Why is it apart from Phoenix Nights second series are usuallu shit. Too much expectation? I bought the Shameless DVD of the first series yesterday. It pisses all over the second one now on Ch 4 on Tuesdays. Lets hope Dead Man Weds isn't recommissioned then we can all remember it as a fine comedy show.

Phoenix Nights, but Little Britain is great too.

Forgot about ALan Partridge.

'No Alan No',
'Please?'
'No you can't'
'There's no need for that'

First series of Little Britain was amazing, second was near enough all shit.

Phoenix Nights is excellent, laugh a minute, love both series of it. Theres just so much in there that you don't notice first time around...

But both comedies are great as they are both honest portrayals of life in Britain...

Phoenix for me, and the spin off, Max and Paddy's Road to Nowhere was brilliant.
