I love the 80's, but the 70's had more solid quality.

The 70's were the best in terms of their albums most definitely. Why do you think they won the Hall Of Fame band of the 70's by a landslide!!

They became more of a singles/album filler band in the 80's when they started using synths. But strangely enough Innuendo is probably my favourite album, the only one from the eighties. They are like so many supergroups...they change to reflect the times and as a result their videos became more lavish and spectacular.

They also won Band Of The Eighties on a Cilla Black show in the UK so they were also great in the 80's. But the 70's does it for me...just great albums, great anthems and brilliant innovative songs. They were simply superb in the 70's.

We all of us deeply apologise for this god forsaken shit heap of a building...but we will make it rock.

I LOVE Queen's ability to create such great tracks in the 70's w/o any synth work. However, when they expanded their horizons with keyboards, I gotta say, I really respected what they could do. They've got such brilliant minds. I used to lean more towards 80's, but now I can't choose since you'll see me pop Queen II in one moment, then Hot Space in the next.
