Let me tell you first that I wasn't going for anyone, but that has to be one of the most exciting football matches I've ever seen.

You Chelsea fans must be damn happy. Any of them here?

Btw, why was Ronaldinho picking a fight with his own coach at the end of the game. I don't know who could have started it, but I don't think it was Rijkaard.

I'd also like to know why Ronaldinho and Paolo Ferreria swaped shirts at half time.

Now I know Chelsea played really well, and thet it was one of the most entertaining matches I've seen in years, but there is no wayh that thier 4th goal should have stood. Looks like Pierluigi Collina is fallible after all.

Best game of the season by far. First 20 mins had me laughing very much into my 1664 at Barcelona's defensive jibes.
Then a penalty that should never have been given away and a moment of brilliance from Ronaldinho.

However, Chelsea dug deep and deserved it. Joe Cole was awesome. Glen Johnson looked totally out of his depth when he came on.

Alex, answer me this question?

Is it true that in Buenos Aires you could get arrested if you go to La Bombonera wearing a River Plate shirt, and in the same way you could get arrested for going to El Monumental wearing a Boca shirt?

My cousin told me this when he went to Argentina last year, but he said it's not because they don't want to give you the right to cheer for your team, but rather to protect you from violent fans from local teams.

It was an exciting match, it’s only a shame that Chelsea won that match. I was goin for Barca too, we Dutch see Barcelona as a sort of football Colony. And Barcelona was the only squad who wanted to make the best of it. As Cruyff said: “If Chelsea play against Inter Milan than you can make bets how many times the middle line will be crossed.”

When you look at both matches I think Barca deserved to go to the next round. But I don't really care who goes to the next round, it was a shame these teams had to play each other so early anyway.
Haven't they played each other a few years ago, in the champions league, with a 5-3 win for Barca? I remember it being one of the best matches i saw during that champions league, with good old Zola.

I always wondered what's been this love affair Barcelona with Dutch players and coaches for over 30 years.

Seems to me sometimes that Barcelona is more of a Dutch team, than a Spanish team.

After watching the Copa Libertadores matches, I realized that it didn't matter how far away was a visitor team playing, they would always find a small group of supporters going to see them.

However, despite being in the same city you never saw one single Boca Juniors fan at the Monumental, or a River Plate fan at La Bombonera.

Bah, being a Wolves fan i don't have a lot to cheer about - which is why i like to watch the Champs League (Quality Football). I always support the English teams though whoever they are against. And it was good to shut that Ronaldhino up (And the rest of the Barca players who were talking before the second leg as if they were already through.)

I remember Daniel Passarella mentioning on an interview how fathers can no longer can take their sons to watch a football game in Argentina. It's too much of a risk with all up growing number of extreme fanatics and the possibility of a violent riot.

Yet Argentina is not the only place, because the same scene can be seen all through Europe and South America.

Well, the Dutch brought Barcelona their success I think. Think of Cruyff (he's still very powerfull behind the scenes in Barca), Neeskens and Koeman. I think that's why we love Barca en Barca love the Dutch.

By the way, just heard that the Swedish referee Anders Frisk is to retire with immediate effect following a number of threats aimed at him and his family. Well done Mourinho!!... Jurk.

Anybody watched Bolton - Arsenal a few minutes ago??? What was Bolton thinking?? It looked more like a Australian Football game to me.
