I think it was ok, not many surprises. It would be great if they could play a song not that well-known, for the fans... That would be great!! And someone noticed there was only 2 songs by freddie....they could play more of his songs also... But overall, I think it was a good setlist and it will be great to hear those songs in Stockholm 30.4!!!!!

Kind of a standart greatest hits setlist, but
the right think for an occasion like this
concert. I think we will see some more interesting
songs during their regular shows.

Well ... I really was excited by A Kind Of Magic, Crazy Little Thing & Fat Bottomed Girl ... the rest has been played a lot the last years ... but they all fit in

I do hope the Brixton one is different, extended and sees more rare choices ...

I just finished reading all the threads of the last years ... but I'm getting bored and sad by all those people who think the Fancourt performance was 'pathetic' ... I think TYMD kicked some serious fat-bottomed ass ...

I'm really looking forward for Brixton now!!!! Queen will be on my stereo all day from now on

Nothing wrong with the fancourt setlist as long as play ten more songs and put some variation in the setlist like this:

1 Intro (mix from BoRhap, Procession, One Vision and It’s A Beautiful Day)
2 Tie Your Mother Down
3 Let Me Entertain You/ Headlong/ I Want It All
4 Can't Get Enough Of Your Love
5 I Want to Break Free
6 Doing Allright/ Seven Seas Of Rhye
7 Fat Bottomed Girls/ Keep Yourself Alive
8 Say It’s Not True
9 Somebody To Love/ Death On Two Legs
10 Too Much Love Will Kill You/ No-One But You
11 Hammer To Fall
12 Tenement Funster/ I’m In Love With My Car
13 Sleeping On The Sidewalk
14 A Kind Of Magic
15 Brighton Rock
16 Feel Like Making Love
17 Radio Ga Ga/ Heaven For Everyone
18 Crazy Little Thing Called Love
19 ‘39/ Is This The World we Created?
20 Stone Cold Crazy/ Now I’m Here/ I Want It All
21 Innuendo
22 The Show Must Go On
23 Allright Now
24 We Will Rock You
25 We Are The Champions

The set list was ENTIRELY appropriate for the event.

Brixton will be different, but is apparently going to include everything that was played at Fancourt - hopefully Katie Melua won't be there to fuck things up.

Thankfully, this was a WARM-UP for the Brixton show which will be a looser affair and far more fun for the band to play at.

The amount of Freddie songs on this tour will be very small. The fact that they only played 2 Freddie penned songs at Fancourt is IMO an indication of what to expect. The ones included are not vocal harmony classics with many overdubs. Paul's interpretation of Brian's rocky numbers takes a lot of getting used to so Freddie's choral arrangement songs are a non starter.

Expect a harder sounding edge to this tour. Heavier songs with Paul's interpretation running riot.

We all of us deeply apologise for this god forsaken shit heap of a building...but we will make it rock.

Yes and yes. First part of song he did sing and then Paul took over while Rog played drums.
