Well,

Let's compare here.

Both the 1st two shows the U2's new tour are already being traded and downloaded all over the internet. Easytree.org is still the only place that did not go down due to the traffic. I alone in under 20 hours found that 62 gigabytes of night 1 had been downloaded from my site alone.

The file was 105 mb's of 128 kbps mp3 and by 4 p. m. yesterday, approx. 100 people were downloading at the same time and almost crashed my server, it was taken down and is being shared by me elsewhere.

Night 2 is almost done downloading now.

BUT,

Now come on all you Europeans, the only audio I've heard was one song and the recording was lousy.

Not one full show has shown up anywhere yet, not even offiicial.

What's up with that?

None of ya are going to get a master soundboard recording and despite how good an audience recording is (U2 night one is awesome) of Queen & Paul Rodgers. The band will not lose out here at all, official tracks from the band to be downloaded will sound way better than any audience recording and it does mean also that we get here in the States and elsewhere a great listen in on what oughta be coming our way in person, everyone wins.

For the record, this months issue of Rolling Stone Magazine states that the maker of Bittorrent has made a living off donations since he devised the program in 2002, summer of. 30,000,000 copies of the free program that is a program no law makers, lawyers etc here in the USA can do anything about, it's not like Napster or Kazaa of old, it is not breaking rules here, according to Rolling Stone Magazine.

Take a look at the one place that did not crash out due to the night one U2 show. http://www.easytree.org

C'mon! Are you ready to rock!?
Are you ready to roll!?
Come on lets do it!

C'mon you Europeans, apologize for not getting Mahler his recordings quicker! How amazingly selfish of you all - you should be ashamed.

It's been less than a week. We should be grateful to get this anytime soon. The general rule is dont bother the tapers for at least two weeks. We will see.

If you ask me, the bootlegs will kick in in about the middle of the tour

Also I think the reason for lack of Queen bootlegs on Easytree so far is because the newer fans that DID record it, can't get a new account at ET because of their fucked-up user limitations (number of users registered).
