I think its great that Queen is out on a new tour. Unfortunately some narrowminded pityful Queen fans cant take a tour with a new frontman. What harm can this tour really do? Nothing. Its only music for christs sake. Freddie mercury died years ago, and cant contribute much!

Brian May and Roger Taylor finally gets to do what they enjoy the most, playing. And GOD how I am happy for them. I think they both have missed this life for a while. And can we blame them? Not really. Brian May and Roger Taylor started the whole thing. Of course it wouldnt have been the same without our dear Freddie mercury. But still there wouldnt have been life for Queen without them. They have every right to do what they want to. Sometimes it sounds like certain fans own the band. Ridiculous. if you dont like it, dont care. This slagging off is just pathetic.

About Paul Rodgers job as a vocalist. He is great. I heard some people moan about him forgetting words, and notes he mishit. Have you forgotten that Freddie mercury was completely crap live sometimes? I have heard him struggle a LOT more than Paul Rodgers. For example Rock in Rio. He was useless at that concert, rubbish. Freddie wasnt without errors. He aint a god just becaue he is dead.

Some old fans think they "own" Queen more than newer fans. laughable. In fact I like newer fans better generally. They are usually very enthusiastic about new things happening. The old ones do what they can best. Living in the past.

I hope you dont misunderstand me here. Freddie mercury is very missed, and he is my favourite vocalist. But he was not without errors.

To you people still living in 1991. its time to go on now.

I agree that we should give them a chance, and I also am a fan of Paul Rodgers but this topic has been bludgeoned to death.

Yeah, it really was great to see Roger behind the drumkit. It really looked like he enjoyed himself. I do think the only way is up from now on!!

Another Roger (re), who died and made you king? Your opinion means absolutely nothing. Your opinion means absolutely everything. What gives you the right to call peopel with opposing views to the tour "pathetic moaners?" Are you a "pathetic stepford?" Let them be. If you're happy with the new tour, that's all that matters. If they'er unhappy with the new tour, that's all that matters.

You know, good times are now.

My eyes are pretty open Roger. I don't disagree with you or your "facts", I take exception to people who have legitimate concerns being called "pathetic moaners." If that's a fact, then that makes you a "pathetic Stepford." And that'd make me open my eyes more than being a moaner.

And when you state that "there wouldnt have been life for Queen without them. They have every right to do what they want to", that holds equally true for Freddie and John. So in effect you're saying what a lot of the "pathetic moaners" are bitching about, mainly that this isn't Queen. At least you agree with them on something :)
