Does Anybody Know what site building tools were used on queenzone or other professionally made web sites

Use Dreamweaver. At all costs stay away from Frontpage.

I think Queenzone uses ASP.NET as its development language. The official Queen site uses PHP.

If you are going the free route / cheap route then you probably want to look into a PHP hosting provider such as http://www.ehostpros.com

I personally like Coldfusion but that is not a realistic option for a home user.

www.freewebs.com is a decent site-creating website. The links will be www.freewebs.com/whateveryouchose/ those, so Freewebs will still be in the link :(
