Roger sings the first two (intro) "I'm the invisible man" lines,
then Freddie sings the rest with him.
I can't really tell if Brian ever gets in on the action.

Hello,
I guess this means that In most of Queen Videos John is miming it when he sings, and he does not actually sing in the recording, Because i'm sure i've heard that John Deacon does not actually do backing vocals at all.

Yes. He doesn't sing at all and he regrets about it. Though on lives he sung "All day long" in Freddie's microphone during "Liar" performances.

In Wembley 86', while Freddie is singin' I think 'Your So Square (Baby I Dont Care)', John OBVIOUSLY helps Roger sing some of the 'Doo Wop' thingys :D

- Obvious to whom? Deaf people with no knowledge of Queen?

The only people singing those doo-wops are Rog, Bri and Spike Edney.

John Deacon did sing on very rare occasions. It's also a well known fact that whether or not he sucked at it, he simply didn't like singing at all and thusly didn't even put his hand up for it.

If you want an example of him singing in the background watch Earls Court during "Somebody to Love", there's a bit there.

From what I've heard he was able to hit notes, but his voice just didn't have a nice sound or something. I dunno, ask him.

Well, check out the DVD.
It IS obvious that John quickly leans over to Roger's mic and sings a bit.
It is obvious visually and aurally.
Take a look.

Roger's mic? What do you mean? Near his drum kit?

That's John/Spike's mic actually. And John just "sing" one sound probably...

if you watch the Freddie Merc Tribute, you will se he sings the chorus of Radio Ga Ga! and im sure he has sung tons of backing vocals, live anyway!

Exactly. A very good example is Milano 14.09.1984 during Radio Ga Ga. You can hear him very well during the choruses. He sings as he speaks, with an accent. And I must admit, he hasn't a bad voice at all!
