I always thought that it was Let There Be Drums, but maybe Roger decided to dedicate this to legendary drummer Gene Crooper....

Actually heres a Sandy Nelson site http://www.spaceagepop.com/nelson.htm

Gene Kruppa was a top class drummer. He is considered one of the best drumers of all time. He was also an actor and participated in a movie with Marylin Monroe.

He was an idol for drummers such John Bonham (Led Zeppelin) and Roger Taylor and to this day he has recorded some of the fastest drum solos there is.

Legend says that when john Bonham arrived at Carnegie Hall for a Led Zeppelin concert in 1969 he looked at the house and said: "This was the exact place where Kruppa played "sing, sing, sing" (a must for all drum players), today i have to be as good as he was". That night Bonham played one of the fastest drum solos ever!!
