Lately I've been having some very bad dreams at night - and they're not typical nightmares either, I'm not talking things that go bump in the night. Last night I had a horrible - and very realistic - dream that someone whom I care deeply about had died. It was so bad that I had to remind myself constantly, throughout the day, that it had only been a dream. It left me feeling pretty shaken.
Anyone else ever have problems with excessive nightmares? And if so, is there a way to make them go away, or if not go away, at least tone down a bit? I can handle the recurring one I have about how my classmates turn into orange vampires, but I don't want to have that dream again.
