"The jurors failed to reach a verdict in Michael Jackson's trial yesterday, after eight hours of deliberations. The jury, formed by four women and eight man, stayed behind the close doors and tried to come to a conclusion, but it looks like it's harder then they thought.

Later they sent a single note to the judge, but the nature of their inquiry was kept secret by court officials.

Jackson, who yesterday went at the Santa Ynez Valley Cottage Hospital for his back problems, did not appear in public. Jackson spokeswoman Raymone Bain said "He's (Michael Jackson) at home. His sisters came yesterday and he had a really good evening despite his back problem,"

Hundred of fans, reporters, photographers and TV crews gathered yesterday in front of the courthouse. The fans were holding signs saying such things as "Only love. No crime. He's innocent. Leave him alone," "We shall overcome" and "Peter Pan rules." A woman held a sign showing Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King Jr., and Jackson."

Ok bookies of QZ...start your bets.

I'm betting 10-1 Jackson gets off anyhow. Hey if O.J. Simpson...Ax murdering, wife murdering, decapitater/beheader could get off scott free, with his money and power...

...what do you think stupid rich Jackson will get, especially with his pathetic FAKE attempts to garner sympathy by "getting sick or fainting" and going to the hospital nearly every damn day and his army of high paid lawyers.

Last time I checked, Martin Luther King Jr., Mandela, and Ghandi never molested little children.

Yeah but OJ had Johnny Cochran (sp?) of course he is dead now.. and we all know WHO did that..

Honestly, as much as I do not like Michael Jackson.. I really do not believe he did molest the kid.. sure, he slept with them in the same bed, but I really think it was harmless, and the reports of him pulling out Mike Jr. in front of the kid.. naw... YEAH, I believe he gave them alcohol.. and I believe the kid found Mikes Porn magazines.. I sure as heck do not hide mine when kids are over.. of course kids never come over to my place so I am safe.

But here's the deal..

In 1993, Michael was accused of this same crime... 12 yr old boy claimed he was molested... he camed he could describe Michael's penis and nut sack.

Michael had to get naked if front of the Los Angeles police... the inspected his junk... took photos..etc.

How gay and embarrassing is that??

We all know now that Michael paid the boys family $25,000,000 (yeah, thats 25 million) to drop criminal charges.

So... I don't care if you are Michael, and it was all 100% innocent, and you just got screwed in 1993 by a boy and his lying parents out of 25 million...

If you are truly a responsible, mentally sound, heterosexual adult man... You say to yourself "Hey, I know that I never touched that young boy sexually, but damn... that just cost me $25 million, plus the L.A.P.D just got to 3rd base with my wedding tackle....I'M GOING TO STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM KIDS THAT AREN'T MINE".

Not Michael.... and here we are 10 years later.. same charges.

2 points:
1) Where the F.U.C.K are the parents in this? Michael has them staying in a guest house outside, 70 yards from the main house... while junior is up in Michael's room making pudding??

Those parents need their asses kicked.

2) Yeah, I'd like to believe that Michael is just this weird, A sexual , creepy middle age guy that likes to "just hang out" with young boys...

However, this "Michael touched my privates" thing seems to come up alot around Michael...

All the accusations, all the witness accounts...
can all these people be lying??

Notice how Michael accused of doing anything with little girls... its always little boys in his bed.

So I feel its a safe bet Michael is at least gay.

Gay does not mean child molestor.
But in Michael's case, I think the gay thing is his cue card of what he likes... boys between 9 & 14.

He's a prime example of a person who once sat on top of the world, now has the world rolling over on him.

His own doing of course.
