Well, If you count the studio version of "Who Wants To Live Forever" the TECHNICALLY already have. But, If you're talking something like Metallica's "S&M" thing, That would have been wonderful. Anyhow, I'm sure "Bohemian Rhapsody" would've been played.

"Who wants to live forever"...or "Another one bites the dust" ????

Well as this is general discussion, not serious discussion, no.... my first choice would have been "Body Language". Discuss!!!! :-))

1) It's spelled orchestra.

2) Queen DID perform with a full symphony orchestra for the recording of the song, "Who Wants To Live Forever" as well as with a chorus. I believe it was The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra!

3) Brian & Roger HAVE frequently performed LIVE with the orchestra's and bands of the various WWRY shows around the world.

4) Freddie performed LIVE with I think The Royal Philharmonic (as well as the Royal Ballet) for a special version of BoRhap in 1979.

5) British conductor and composer Tolga Kashif composed a Queen Symphony that premiered a few years back with I believe The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, that both Brian & Roger attended (though I don't think they performed).

6) Freddie & Montserrat Caballe performed "Barcelona" with an orchestra.

Perhaps the questioneer was asking about 'Queen' and 'live performances'?

The WWRY 'orchestras' are composed of, what, six to eight individuals?

actually, in my 3rd year of high school, we played an arrangement of Bohemian Rhapsody.

it was great. I had a cello solo in the opera section.

Considering some of the guitar orchestrations I think Queen's music would work very well with an orchestra.

I think '39 and You Take My Breath Away would sound great. Maybe Dreamer's Ball? Or Heaven For Everyone, too.
