It's pretty obvious why ticket prices for general admission have been reduced....ticket sales not at expected levels. Need a reduction as an incentive carrot for more punters to fill the venue. Been there once for gig in 1996. Nice view of the video screen I must say! Wouldn't rush there again but that's my opinion. You don't seem to have that intimate atmosphere of a smaller venue at these enormous outdoor shows! Would only really go if I won a free ticket or was only show on the tour!

Have always had my doubts about the Hyde park gig and whether it would sell out. Maybe too ambitious even for Queen + Paul Rodgers even with Razorlight and half of the Darkness playing!!!. Wouldn't be a problem if Freddie was here but that's another story.
