I too had feelings of, "How good can this be?"

I went because it's Queen so I had to. I brought high hopes but low expectations.

My expectations and hopes were honestly blown away! I rate this tour as right with the old tours, just a bit different. Those who wished to see more Roger and Brian get their chances this time.

When a team's star player goes down in any sport, the great teams have other players that will carry the load and rise to the occasion. That was Brian and Roger! They set up a fantastic show both theatrically and musically.

If you loved Queen but are weary of seeing them without Freddie, lose your doubts and go see this tour! Even if you aren't a PR fan, it's the two old masters of rock that lift the bar and make the show what it is, Paul Rodgers merely adds a new flavor into about half the show.

What I think enhances this tour compared to old tours besides the nostalgia of it all and the focus on Roger and Brian is that they have three other musicians that add to the vocal harmonies and a rhythm guitar element.

GO SEE Q + PR!!!

If they had a decent singer who might do a bit of justice to Freddie I might consider it. Mr Rodgers needs to look at Robbie Williams performance at Live8 someone with a bit of spark who can get the crowd going. Robbie is not Freddie but would have been the next best thing. Even if you don't like his music you can't help but like him. He did WWRY really well.

RODGERS GET LOST!!

Yeah, Paul Rodgers is the only singer in the history of popular music to lead three bands to multi-platinum albums and worldwide success, but of course he isn't a decent singer and has no right being part of this new incarnation of Queen. Right.

Poodle only likes a singer when he immitates Freddie.

Go and see a coverband mate. Meanwhile me and the rest of the zoners go and enjoy the real thing
