Which kind of rolls does Roger use in Don't Stop Me ("explode") and the intro of Innuendo? double-stroke? five-stroke? French roll?

Thanks in advance

John hated HS. Fred's fave singer was not PR. Roger didn't compose 'Innuendo.' Witness testimonies are often inaccurate. Scotland's not in England. 'Bo Rhap' hasn't got 180 voices.

I think he is hitting a press role on the snare drum during the intro of Innuendo

Agreed, on the record it does sound like a press roll, but if you watch him play it at the Freddie tribute,he plays the intro single stroke(a'la Killer Queen)

In fact off the top of my head I can't think of an instance where Roger plays a double stroke roll in a Queen song

I could stand corrected on that though..

He's hitting a double para-diddle flange.

On a floor tom bass snare crash-ride

With a chop stick

(I never understood drumspeak....)
