I'm donwloading to hear if is with maradona's appearence.

This one's worth it for the full version of Rock It (Prime Jive)! Thanks! Would certainly like to hear the radio broadcast though.

Got to comment again - what a fantastic version of Rock It, with Freddie singing!! The only version of this I have heard before is a much shortened version, which they sometimes played as an opener - this full version rocks like f**k!! Thanks again, Roger!

Are you sure that you have indeed the 28th of feb. show and not the 1st of march show instead actually? The 01/03/81 Buenos Aires show was originally broadcasted by a radio station as well and the complete version of this show is quite common. I've never seen a genuine full version of the first BA show though.

QUEEN live in Buenos Aires, 1981. Well, let's see:

- February 28th 1981: This show was fully broadcasted live by Radio Rivadavia. The setlist that night included the full versions of Mustapha and Rock It (Prime Jive) and also Need Your Loving Tonight, but lacked Somebody To Love for instance. Best bootlegs of this concert originate from a single TDK SA90 cassette copied in stereo from the soundboard master in the late 80's/early 90's. This means that these bootlegs do not have the announcer voice-overs, which is good. Unfortunately, by the time this copy was made the original reel-to-reel was damaged on the start/end of both programs. So part of the introduction, the reprise of Now I'm Here and also God Save The Queen are missing. To make things worse, the engineer who made the copy thought it would be nice to fade out each side of the cassette ...with VERY long fades (which affect Dragon Attack and We Are The Champions). The original master have been lost since then. There is also a previous cassette copy which was made at the time of the concerts and handled to some media/PR people. Unfortunately, that copy, albeit being complete, is in mono.

- March 1st 1981: This concert was broadcasted live on TV by Canal 9. This one contained Somebody To Love and Fat Bottomed Girls, but lacked Mustapha and Rock It. Further re-broadcastings of the show did not include Get Down, Make Love as this song was forbidden by the de facto government. Some years ago, the master tape containing the first third of the concert (up to Fat Bottomed Girls) was discovered 'in a pile of old archive material saved from a fire' still in pristine conditions. This video tape contained four audio tracks: a stereo pair direct from soundboard and another pair with the isolated announcer comments. Part of the discovered footage was previewed in a TV special.

- March 8th 1981: This show was also broadcasted live in its enterity by Radio Rivadavia. Similar setlist to the March 1st concert, but it started with Jailhouse Rock. Besides, it has famous soccer player Maradona ("He's quite cute, actually" - Freddie) introducing a quite peculiar version of Another One Bites The Dust. Some nice stereo copies of the full broadcast circulate, but featuring several announcer voice-overs.

So, it looks like the version we have here is perhaps the most interesting, with the inclusion of Mustapha and Rock It.
