Just had my first listen to the Sheffield live album. It was surprisingly ok. Yes I had seen & heard some of the bootlegs, but you can't decant the best bits of those due to the poor quality.

I'm an old fogey, almost Victor Meldrew. I've known Queen as a band for about 30 something years, "Sheer Heart Attack" was my very first album purchase, "Seven Seas of Rhye" being close to my first 7" purchased singles, but I think John Lennon got in their first.

However what I'd like to find answers to is this?

What works best? Paul Rodgers being the front man for many Queen songs (Queen being represented by Brian & Roger) OR Queen (being represented by Brian & Roger) as a a good backing band for Paul Rodger songs?

Ultimately is it not financially Queen/Paul Rodgers Karaoke?
