Well thats what you get for keeping loco's in museums if they was out on main line wouldnt have been destroyed unless boilers blowed up :P

I think that only works if you have XP. There are also Alt+0252 (ü) Alt+0246 (ö) and Alt+0228 (ä). There are also codes for capitalising those but I haven't got them on me. Bet they'll be somewhere on Google though.

I live in Nürnberg and I don't really care that much about trains. I understand that some people do though. It's always sad when historical relicts are destroyed.
Just let me add something to the Umlaut discussion: if you are not able to write an Umlaut, just write "ue" for "ü", "oe" for "ö" and "ae" for "ä" and it's also correct.

Train kept 'a rollin'....
