i was wondering if anybody was in the mood to let us young queen fans know what it was like when you had to wait for more queen music. for example how much hype was there for a new album, or what was it like hearing the music and it being the first of it's kind.

sometimes i feel my generation is a bit spoiled in this area because we have the entire list of queen songs at our fingertips. it's different for us to because since the songs have been out they have been wide spread and copied so we don't really get that "new" feeling.

i do want to add that even for me listening to many queen songs is a new experience each time.

so if you get my point i'd be really interested in some stories.

I can only suppose it was a little like waiting for the new Harry Potter book to come out.
