Thank you John. Informative as always.

I know that that are two CD-R acetates with versions of the Under pressure Rah-mix. One has the Mike Spencer Original Mix and the other CD-R has two tracks:

Under pressure: Millennium Mix - Long Intro
Under pressure: Millennium Mix - Short Intro

That is all I know unfortunately. These are promo releases from 1999. Do you know more about the Millennium mixes?

Thanks.

Thanks John!

It is not so important, but GF3 version of LPDA is different to GVH2 - it's slightly cut. As well as Somebody to Love (MK) from Rare Live VHS.

And of course Hot Space began recorded in September 1981, not in December.

Hi John,

great work as usual. Just two things:
for the bootleg list, there is that 3CD-Set called "Live in USA" (somebody here wrote it is not the USA but Japan), recorded in 1982. See it here: http://www.queenpicturehall.com/bootlegs/01liveusa2.shtml and here: http://www.queenpicturehall.com/bootlegs/01liveusa3.shtml

About CLTCL on Rare Live, it probably isn't Osaka, as you can see here: http://www.queenconcerts.com/index.php?section=information&action=official&sub=rarelive

But still, great list. :-)

Oh and btw: can we say that a part of the Man Made Paradise demo is officially released as background music during The Untold Story? How does that fit into the list?

Regards
Jan

John, I saw that you have added the Millennium mixes of Under pressure in the UC-thread on QOL, but not here on QZ. Is there a reason for that or did you just forget to add them here? If you know more about them feel free to post it!

Sorry Walter, I do not know any more about them, and I am investigating as we speak, just in case they are available - but under a different name.

I did not add these tracks in here, as you have so kindly provided that information for us (thank-you), and it means that those over on this 'station' have that information at hand. However those on the 'other-side' did not have this info in any form, so that's why I added it.

No worries. Thank you for your explanation. I have been investigating too and I have found evidence of those CD-R: http://eil.com/shop/moreinfo.asp?catalogid=216176

I hope this is useful for you.

There is also a testpressing of Hot Space, with the different Cool Cat version (ft. David Bowie).

Yes, that is correct, but as this is out of the reach (& pocket) of most in here, I included it as instead:

Cool Cat
David Bowie Acetate - Ultimate Collection: Royalty Music RMCD 001

This (and similar bootleg CD's) should be a very easy (and cheap) alernative to find.

Just one little fact: that US 12" Promo Extended Remix of Staying Power in 1982 was made by the same guy who's remixed Liar for Hollywood Records re-issue of Queen first album later in 1991: John Luongo.
