Hey folks!

I ordered my tickets from the pre-sale, but never received an email confirmation. I did receive a confirmation number when the transaction was completed.

I remember when I got the tickets last time for the NJ show, the email showed up almost instantly. I'm a little concerned. Did you all get your email pretty quickly?

Call Artist Arena immediately. The number's on their web site where you ordered your ticket.

You can check your "account" on the Artist Arena web site as well, but I'd recommend you call them and have them send/resend your confirmation email right away.

A suggestion:

Always print off your order number when you order tickets on line. Until you receive your confirmation email this is the only proof you completed your transaction.

OMG!! I sent them an email inquiring about this and this is what they sent me back:

Hello

This order was never confirmed.

We are sorry, but there were no tickets confirmed for this order.

I'm logged into my account right now looking at the transaction and it's marked as completed and I have two tickets! But they are telling me that it's not in the system!!

I feel so sick to my stomach at this moment....

I would take a screenshot of the screen that shows that the order was completed and send it to them. Also check if you have been charged for them or not.

Last of all.... create a shit storm with them. Artist Arena sucks big time. Their website craps out at the drop of a hat, they cannot handle any number of people coming at once and trying to buy tickets.

Call them and talk to them. I had a similar problem yesterday and they sorted it out right away on the phone.

Yup, you were correct! Simply talking to them sorted everything out. I'm very happy about this. I was actually impressed with the promptness of their replies and the friendliness of the people I dealt with.

After two shows now, I would have to say that dealing with Artist Arena has been a pretty good experience - except for that horrible scare they gave me that cost me a night's sleep.

I got mine immediately too. I got the ticket immediately as well cause I got them delivered to my email.
