Liza Stanfield played I want to break free in Freddie Mercury Tribute concert. But is there any another girl who play any song of Queen?

Thank you very much

Freddie Mercury.

- Sara Brightman did Who Wants to Live Forever, if I'm not mistaken.

- Eva Maria sung No One But You with Queen;

- Another One Bites The Dust was released in New Zealand by Queen + some WWRY actress.

- Patty Russo sung a lot of songs fronting Queen in Holland's Queen's Day in 2002;

- Anastacia sung some songs on the 2003 "46664 Cape Town" concert. Andrea Corr sung Is This The World We Created in the same gig.

- Katie Melua sung Too Much Love Will Kill You in the 2005 "46664 South Africa - George" concert.

- Some american singer sung Crazy Little Thing Called Love in the Songwriter's Hall of Fame, with Queen. Was that 2002?

That's what I can remember from the top of my mind right now. Hope it helps.

Saludos,

Ogre-

I know two Dutch bands that each released a QUEEN song:

AFTER FOREVER (feat. Arjen Lucassen of AYREON / STAR ONE ) - "Who Wants To Live Forever?" - CDsingle ONLY ! It's a double 'A side' release, with the song "Emphasis".

MORNING - "The Show Must Go On" (from their CD "Hour Of Joy")

Good luck with your search!

Cheers!
Esp. to all them 'Fat Bottemed Girls' singing Freddie's lines ... ;-)
