I'm not a wizard but try a defrag of your harddrive and run your spyware software. If you have Microsoft Windows you can download their AntiSpyware beta. http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx
If this doesn't work I don't know what else
you can try except maybe a google search for "System Crash while downloading Burst".
You might get lucky and find a forum that can help.
I'm guessing your using up too much memory.
A fellow employee who work in technical support advised me to purchase an external hard drive for use in downloading media and burning because it uses a lot of memory and causes system problems.
I haven't had any problems since I went to an external drive.
