Mr. Bad Guy lp value?

It's a re-release (I think) from 1998 or 2000, the item number EAN is 0074644007114. I tried googling it, but some sites say it's only worth 10 euros, and some say it's worth over 40 euros. I have a chance to buy this as new, but I'm not sure if it's worth the sum the seller is asking for it (around 20€). Thanks for the help! =) -LQ edit: Oh, and the Queen Picture Hall says the 1998 release is worth 45$, but like I said, I'm not sure about the release date...

There is also a sticker on the sleeve "Includes the hit single I was born to love you". Just curious... Jan
